All complaints received will be handled by the Practice Manager in the first instance, and then to the Director for an appropriate follow up if so required. Management will ensure that all complaints reach a satisfactory conclusion. Management will ensure that the incident is dealt with under the Critical Event Analysis agenda item of the next staff or board meeting if this is appropriate.
