Melbourne Pain Group welcomes referrals from GPs & medical specialists for patients experiencing persistent or complex pain. Our team provides specialist assessments & individualised management recommendations.

Referral Process

  1. Prepare the Referral: Include relevant clinical history, current symptoms, medications & previous investigations.
  2. Submit the Referral: Complete our online referral form or send your referral by fax or Email: manager@melbournepaingroup.com.au.
  3. Appointment Coordination: Our reception team will contact the patient regarding appointment arrangements.
